Cancelling Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible so we can stop the order before it ships.
After Shipment
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. If a shipped order is no longer wanted, it will be subject to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, keeping in mind that opened or used products are not returnable.
